Recommended Starting Dilutions:
For WB: 1:500-1:3000
For IP: Use at a dilution of 2-4 μg/mL for 1 mg cell extract
For ICC/IF: Use at a dilution of 1:300
Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions should be determined experimentally by the researcher.
